We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We also understand emergencies can arise. As a result, we ask to please call at least 1 hour before to cancel your reservation. If you cancel any time after your appointment reservation, it will be marked as a no show. If you know that you are going to be running late, we ask that you call at list 1 hour in advance and let us know so we can reschedule your reservation to best accommodate you.
No Show Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations. The 1st time you miss your reservation, you will receive a courtesy call and be notified about our No Show Policy. The 2nd no show in a 6 month period may be restricted from booking reservations and be placed as a WALK IN ONLY or your credit card information will be needed to reserve your appointment; this time if you don’t show, there will be a 50% FEE CHARGE of your service of that day and on all no-show future appointments. This fee is to maintain and partially compensate our therapists. Although for your convenience and avoid waiting, we recommend you to reserve your appointment and call even the last minute, to cancel the reservation.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, you will be marked as a no show and we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. If you know that you are going to be running late, we ask that you call at least 1 hour before and let us know so that we can reschedule your reservation to best accommodate you.
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while you are having a service. We love children and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Also, children may not be left unattended at the front while receiving service. You must bring somebody 18 years old or older who will be responsible for the child. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Touch Up Policy
At Silky Skin Wax we have a 3 day touch up policy. If we have failed to remove all unwanted hair from the area of the service you received, we will happily touch it up for you at no charge. The touch up must be within 3 calendar days of original service and performed at the original store.
We do not offer refunds or store credit for products and services. If you have an issue with a product you purchased or service you received, please contact the store and a Guest Service Specialist will email management. Management will then contact you within 24-48 hours.
Points of Consideration
Only Client and Aesthetician are allowed in the waxing or facial room while services are being performed. Guests aged 15 or younger may be accompanied in the waxing room by a parent or guardian.
Let your Aesthetician know if you have any change in your skin care regime or if you are using any oral or topical prescription acne medications.
No pets are allowed into the Spa. Assistance animals are permitted, but must be clearly marked as such.
If you need to use our restroom, please do so before being going back for services.
Gratuity is not included in our prices, which is appropriate and appreciated.
We do not accept checks.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. However we are happy to transfer them.
As we rely solely on our reputation established by word of mouth, we recognize and appreciate our loyal clients that support us.
